We are a multidisciplinary firm that encompass expertise and competence to bring clarity to the often misunderstood construction process. Our goal is to manage those less understood aspects of project elaboration, procurement, contracts and project management.

DESIGN MANAGEMENT
From inception to delivery, bringing your vision to reality can be a daunting task of coordinating various design disciplines to meet the project objectives. We work with clients to understand their goals and constrains to effectively manage the design process to ultimately ensure all deliverables are available in a timely manner and of the highest standard.

PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT
Time and cost are of the essence to any project. We help manage your supplies in a timely and cost efficient manner. We can help from find that specific material to set up an entire procurement schedule for the project or even a supply chain for the long term. We bring you options.
We search across the world for the best suppliers, giving you options and the last say. Our experience managing supplies to the Caribbean ranges from working with local retailers to factories far away finding the best value for money, quality and timeframes to satisfy your requirements.
CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
Pre-contract
This involves bidding representation, management of design and designers, cost planning for bid or project preparation, preparation of budgets, value engineering and evaluation of construction options for efficiency. Preliminary procurement and project planning.
Project execution
For Construction procurement and project planning, budgets etc, contractual and commercial support to project team, leading project team to deliver the project in budget and time, budget and profit monitoring reporting. Monthly progress and commercial reviews completed in conjunction with project team. Establish and oversee tools for project control, change control, earned value analysis, etc.
Post contract management
Dispute resolution, claims representation, chasing retention and certificates, other consultations.
